Changes to This Policy

Changes can be made to this policy when the service deems necessary, and we reserve the right to make these changes without notifying any parties. Since there might be orders placed under the old policy, the treatment of those orders will be under the terms of the policy at the time of transacting.

Canceling Orders

Clients may cancel the orders they have placed with our service at any time. Cancellation made before work has started on the order will result in a full refund through the payment modes they used. In the event some work had commenced on the order, there are low chances for full refunds. In such cases, part of the amount will be credited and applied to their account for future usage and transaction. 

Further, we will send any incomplete works on canceled orders to the client. However, this could not be the case if there would be perceived legal liability consequences for the service. 

Failure to Complete Work

If the service cannot complete the order for whatever reason, there will be full refunds. The refund will be through the mode of payment used.

Special Agreements

There are exceptional cases that we, as a service, may mull agreeing with the client that is out of the scope and purview of our policy. Such agreements will be singularly evaluated according to prevailing circumstances. The contents and modalities of these agreements will be laid out in the ensuing contract.

Late Delivery

We are firmly in the business of meeting client needs in the best possible way. This is so because clients trust us to deliver quality work within schedule. Our track record shows we meet our targets and deadlines almost all the time. However, there are and could be cases of late deliveries. In such cases, we will allow clients a massive discount in the event the delivery is totally of our own making. When the delay stems from the client like failure to timely respond to requests for clarification of information, the responsibility will squarely be on the client.

Errors or Incomplete Work

As a service, we will review any work that isn’t in line with the requirements of the client. We will provide work on areas clients deem insufficient and make available missing documents. On this, clients need to inform us of the areas that need reworking and sections that do not meet the threshold or requirements outlined on the order form. We allow such requests in a 7-day window, out of which there will be applicable charges for revisions.
